Policy User Agreement
Fire Systems are one of the most important protections a business can have in place and is required by law. These products are NOT something to be self installed and for that reason we do NOT sell Fire Alarm parts.
As a small business owner, you have a legal and ethical responsibility to keep your employees safe. Fire safety is one way in which you do this, and it’s an important one. If you own a business, no matter how large or small it may be, you are legally obligated to understand and follow fire safety laws. However, many business owners don’t understand fire safety laws to the fullest extent.
As a user of the Alarmco Systems Web site(s), I represent to Alarmco Systems that my access is on my own behalf or on behalf of my employer or my own business enterprise and that I am authorized and empowered to make promises, representations, and agreements on my own behalf or on behalf of my employer or business enterprise. I understand this agreement contains important legal and financial responsibilities that may affect my employer, my business, or me.
As an inducement for Alarmco Systems to provide me with access to or permitting me to use Alarmco Systems Web sites, I agree to the following terms and conditions. I understand that the Internet, electronic commerce, and technology is changing rapidly, and Alarmco Systems may address these changes by changing these terms and conditions from time to time at Alarmco Systems’ sole discretion. Alarmco Systems does not transact business or engage in transactions by way of Alarmco Systems Web site content. No Permissions
Alarmco Systems provides its Web site content for informational purposes only for its customers, investors, vendors and employees and other constituencies. No license is granted by Alarmco Systems to anyone to use or exploit any content.
